Delete your BuyBallot account

You can delete your BuyBallot account and associated personal data at any time. Follow the steps below.

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the BuyBallot app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: If you cannot open the app

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", and include:

• Your sign-in method: Sign in with Apple or Google
• The email address linked to your account
• Your 6-digit BuyBallot ID

We will verify the request and delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your account identifiers and email address
• Your nickname and avatar
• Items and images you posted for approval
• Your votes, reasons, and group memberships
• Device push tokens used for notifications

How long it takes

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. We may keep limited records where the law requires us to do so.
