Terms of Use

End User License Agreement. Effective date: 2026-10-17

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hangzhou Zhongxuda Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") for the BuyBallot app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your sign-in method secure.

2. The Service

BuyBallot lets you post items you are considering buying, ask friends in a group to vote Approve or Reject, read reasons, and track purchases you decided not to make. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the Service, or using it to harm others.

4. User-generated content: zero tolerance

BuyBallot has zero tolerance for abusive, illegal, or harmful user-generated content. You may not post, share, or send content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including fraud, scams, counterfeit goods, or illegal products;
• is sexually explicit or pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way;
• is violent, threatening, or promotes self-harm;
• harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates another person, or is hateful toward people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics;
• publishes another person's private information without consent;
• is spam, advertising, or an attempt to mislead or defraud other users.

Reporting, review, and action

You can report any content or user from within the app. We review reports and act on violating content within 24 hours of receiving the report. Action may include removing content, warning the user, suspending the user, or permanently banning the account.

Blocking

You can block any user at any time. Blocked users cannot see your activity or interact with you in the app.

Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. We may keep records of enforcement actions to prevent repeat violations.

5. Subscriptions

• Auto-renewal: paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancellation: manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings (App Store) or in Google Play subscription settings (Google Play). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trials: where a free trial is offered, it is available only as shown in the store. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown in the store.
• Prices: prices are shown in the App Store or Google Play and may vary by country and tax. The store price is the price you pay.
• Refunds: refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

6. Disclaimer

Votes, reasons, and savings statistics in BuyBallot are for reference only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or purchasing advice. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions. The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access as described in section 4.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you post, and you grant us a limited license to host, display, and send that content to the group you choose, for operating the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will show the new effective date on this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
